#1 – Here is a photo of the Weber Summit Gold grill. I converted this grill to Natural gas for a friend. The burners can only be taken out by pulling out the control panel.

I was able to drill out the valve orifices with the burners and valves pulled away from each other. I changed the gas connector from a common LP gas connector to a Natural gas quick connect type 12 foot hose connector. I checked the connects for leaks (with the gas turned on!) and then tested the grill. Those burners use 11000 BTU each. Weber doesn't supply conversion kits and discourages people from trying to convert their Weber grills. If you do this you will violate the factory warranty.
