This is a Sam's Club grill made by Dong Gaun Xin Cheng. It is a heavy grill with lots of space. Once you get it set up and after paying Sam's, you won't want to get another grill for awhile. Unfortunately, the factory doesn't go out of its way to provide parts support for any of their models, but CLA Grills does carry parts for this model. CLA parts are USA made locally.

The spec plate is usually on the back of the grill, but may also be found inside the cabinet doors and on the side of the control panel. You can see the BTU specs along with the factory info. Note the absence of contact info.

I pulled the grids showing the heat plates, which just lift out.

Showing the burners are still in OK shape. The smoker burner shield is burnt and needs replaced. We (CLA Grills) have that shield, but ours is made to sit on the old one. Theirs is held in as one piece and the screws were rusted in, so I had our replacement made to just sit on the old one.

I've pulled the burners and the smoker drawer revealing a heat shield below them. These type of shields are basically there as an extra heat shield to protect the LP tank from the grill heat.

I'm replacing the burner bracket with one we have had made locally, #CLA-MS0109.

I had to use a hand held grinder to get one of the bolts holding the bracket in place. It's hard to get wrenches on both sides, but I did get the left one off without grinding. Getting the old bolts out is always the hardest part of the job.

The other side of the left bolt holding the burner bracket that I was able to back up to unscrew.

I got a socket inside the grill and open end on the outside to get off. Not fun!

The right side bracket bolt which I couldn't get my arm into to get a wrench on!

The new bracket installed with new bolts. Try to use stainless steel bolts if you have them.

The lower heat shield, #CLA-MS0169, coming out, is not really that bad yet. It's held in by 6 sheet metal screws which did come out.

The burners along with temporary lower heat shield and smoker cover I made. I used the old one as pattern for our fabricator to make new ones.

The new burner bracket, lower heat shield, smoker cover, and warming rack installed. We do have the CLA heat plates made locally.
